The low-top sports mismatched uppers covered in unique materials, colors, and Deng's watercolor graphics, the individual details representing six regional dishes from six Chinese cities. They're joined by additional cuisine-inspired flourishes, including a wood-grain Swoosh that nods to chopsticks, a blue-tinged sockliner representing porcelain bowls, and a coppery toe box standing in for boiling chili oil. On each heel tab, 'food' is spelled out in embroidered Chinese calligraphy.

The Diamond x Dunk Low SB 'Black' revisits the original collaboration from 2005 that effectively put the L.A. streetwear brand on the map. This joint venture from November 2018 showcases a black leather upper, accented with croc-textured overlays and contrast white stitching throughout. A one-piece removable Swoosh in metallic silver wraps around the heels and onto each quarter panel, attached via aqua-colored Velcro underneath. Of the three colorways (black, white, yellow), this black colorway was available on the SNKRS app and some retail locations, including skate shops.

Nike SB released the 'What The Dunk?' as part of the campaign for "Nothing But the Truth", their very first feature length skate film featuring the Nike SB Team Riders. Created from 31 different Nike SB Dunks, each part of the 'What The Dunk?' is taken directly from those 31 Dunks, including panels, shoelaces, tongues, outsoles and stitching. Out of 31 Dunks, only one was unattainable to consumers. The neon green lining on the left shoe is from the infamous 'eBay Dunk', where it was a 1 of 1. The 'What The…' concept has been adopted on a few different shoes, but the Nike SB Dunk started it all.

The white colorway, released overseas in 2005 as the 'away' version of the shoe, is updated with tie dye detailing in honor of the late Sandy Bodecker, the influential Nike executive who jumpstarted the brand’s skateboarding division. The embroidered graphic on the lateral heel gives the nod to the Roswell Rayguns, the fictional ABA team that starred in a 2002 Nike Basketball ad campaign.
