The original "Hemp" Dunks from 2004 are now regarded as classics and with five years passing since their release, it seems like as good a time as any to bring the concept back for more. This version gets a little more complicated than the originals, which sported the hemp material on the shoe's entire upper. It throws in more additional accent colors and also breaks up the color blocking with a combination of orange suede and hemp on the upper. These kicks also feature an orange midsole, as well as a black Swoosh and some splashes of brown and red on various sections of the shoe, including the spotted lining.

Nike Skateboarding will be releasing a special edition Nike SB Dunk Low that pays homage to the Grateful Dead Bears, which was a series of stylized dancing bears drawn by Bob Thomas as part of the back cover for the album History of the Grateful Dead, Volume One (Bear's Choice) in 1973.

Drawn from the crossover 'Dunk vs. AF-1' pack, the Undefeated x Nike Dunk Low 'Canteen' features a familiar design that recalls the 'InsideOut Priority' Air Force 1 collaboration from 2006. Varying shades of brown are applied to the upper, composed of smooth leather and patterned textile. Tonal leather piping surrounding the eyestay and forefoot overlay, while a bright yellow Swoosh cuts across the midfoot. Unlike its predecessor, this pair removes the printed midsole graphic that reads 'On Your Feet Kid,' and adds an embroidered Five Strikes logo on the lateral heel. Undefeated's signature emblem is repeated on the woven tongue tag.

Launched in 2009, the Nike Dunk Low Premium Sb 'Brooklyn Projects' is a collaborative effort between the Swoosh brand and LA-based skate shop, Brooklyn Projects. Putting a colorful spin on the classic Dunk, this edition features a full-grain and cracked leather upper in green, blue, yellow, red and tan. Below, A gum rubber outsole helps provide improved grip for a smooth, stable ride.
