This black colorway of the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro released in November 2017, several months following the renowned Brooklyn artist's first Air Jordan 4 collaboration – a grey colorway that dropped March 2017. Like its predecessor, the shoe sports an all suede upper, featuring a subtle tonal print depicting the cartoon hands of KAWS' famous Companion figure. Featuring the same colorway as the first 'Raptors' release, the main difference in this version is the patch on the tongue. Featuring a purple Jumpman logo and Drake's signature below in red, these match up even more with the Toronto Raptor team colors. The sneaker features a navy blue suede upper with mesh paneling on the side and forefoot for breathability. For contrast and comfort, the sneaker sports a partially encapsulated white Air unit in the midsole with responsive cushioning.
