Launching in 2020, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Court Purple 2.0' is a sequel of sorts to the 2018 colorway that also featured the same violet accents. Unlike its predecessor, this pair makes use of color blocking reminiscent of the OG 'Chicago' colorway, with Court Purple replacing the red paneling of the original. The kicks are finished with a black Nike Swoosh and matching black at the laces and padded collar.

This Air Jordan 1 was originally spotted on the feet of Nike SB team rider Theotis Beasley that comes in a Los Angeles Lakers color scheme. It features a White leather toe box and side panels with Purple trimming along the toe, eyelets and heel, and Yellow on the Swoosh logos and collar. Much like previous Nike SB releases, this one will have a wear away design that looks to have a Chicago-like scheme underneath.

One Air Jordan 1 has a similar color blocking as the "Shattered Backboard" release, but comes in a Miami Hurricanes theme. The shoe also includes custom tongue tags, stamped heel logos, and an oversized Jumpman hangtag.In addition to the leather pair, there is also a patent leather version that is limited to only 223 pairs. This version features Black and Green on one side, while the other comes with an Orange Swoosh on the medial side continuing the Miami color scheme. Both come with custom Miami insoles.
