To celebrate Virgil Abloh's appointment as creative director of Louis Vuitton, NYC-based artist Ceeze tapped Relevant Customs to create what the duo has dubbed the "OFF–LOUIS" Air Jordan 1s. The sneaker features Louis Vuitton's iconic monogram in the brand's signature tonal brown across its upper and is made using authentic LV leather. Detailing on the medial side is a nod to OFF–WHITE's original branding and exposed stitching, while "LOUIS" and "VUITTON" in quotation marks are featured on the midsole in place of the original "AIR" branding.

Made in collaboration with Virgil Abloh's luxury streetwear label, the Off-White x Air Jordan 5 Retro SP 'Sail' represents the follow-up to the partner brands' black AJ5 from early 2020. This pair makes use of a layered textile upper in a subtle cream finish, complete with circular cutouts on the midfoot, collar and silver reflective tongue. Virgil's signature flourishes, including printed Helvetica text on the medial side panel, complement '23' and Nike Air branding on the heel. A pre-yellowed translucent outsole adds to the sneaker’s vintage aesthetic.

In addition to the white/yellow sample colorway of the OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan 1 currently on display at Virgil Abloh's "Figures of Speech" exhibition at Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art, there are also a couple of Air Jordan 4 samples that are creating quite the buzz. The air jordan 4 "Cream Sail" takes on a Bred-like with extra unique details such as translucent wings, a new textured toe, and “AIR” on the midsole.

The OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan 5 "Sail" is just one of two different colorways options that designer Virgil Abloh is set to release for the model's 30th anniversary. The "Sail" colorway sees the light off-white tones dressing almost the entirety of the silhouette, while contrasting hits of silver and red are featured throughout. Additionally, the second pair is inspired by the OG "Metallic" Air Jordan 5.

With the release of the Off-White x Air Jordan 2 Retro Low SP 'Black Varsity Royal', a relatively unheralded silhouette gets the Virgil Abloh treatment. The low-top carries a black leather upper with a tonal lizard-textured overlay and contrasting royal blue accents. They land on the molded heel panel, midfoot piping and exposed-foam tongue, featuring the Jordan Wings logo for an OG touch. Michael Jordan's signature is scrawled across the lateral side, while Abloh leaves his mark with a plastic zip tie, medial-side Helvetica text and 'SHOELACES' printed on the laces. Faux cracking on the midsole gives the shoe an aged, distressed aesthetic.

Created by designer Virgil Abloh, the Air Jordan 1 x Off-White comes in the classic Chicago colorway. Some of the sneakers' half-finished features include a Swoosh connected to the shoe with visible blue stitching, 'Air' printed on the midsole, and an Off-White zip tie on the collar. The box comes deconstructed as it's been turned inside-out with the inside consisting of a black base and gold Jumpman logo, while the outside is plain cardboard with the words 'Jumpman' printed on it. Virgil's Off-White collection included remixed iterations of the Air VaporMax, Air Presto, Air Max 90, Blazer, Air Max 97, Hyperdunk 2017, Air Force 1, Zoom Fly, and Chuck Taylor.
