Celebrating its 75th birthday this year, the National Basketball Association (NBA) has delighted fans the world over for over seven decades. It's also been the birthplace of countless footwear icons from the Chuck Taylor to the Air Jordan 1. Amongst the A-list of hardwood-turned-streetwear sneakers is the humble Nike Dunk, and it, along with the NBA, will be celebrating the Association's diamond anniversary with a handful of special team-themed releases, including this NBA x Nike Dunk Low "Knicks" colorway. The Dunk Low Premium SB QS 'Walk Of Fame' is a collaboration with LA-based skateshop Brooklyn Projects and was inspired by Hollywood's Walk of Fame—a strip of more than 15 blocks of sidewalk squares that pay tribute to show business luminaries. The shoe features a low-profile upper dominated by a black panel in a print similar to the texture of those sidewalk shrines.
