Shipments And Tracking

We are shipping from China.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days after placing the order. We ship through EMS, DHL and UPS. Which usually takes 3 to 12 days before delivery, depending on the location of the receiver. All shipments have a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery.

We will be emailing you the Tracking number once the package has dispatched to the email address on file. Each and every packet is well-packaged and protected from any damages, you should receive the package in a great condition.

To trace your order, you can either follow the link sent by email, or simply use the tracking option in the website.

Shipping rules:

Our policy lasts 5 days. If you have received the shoes, it has been 5 days. unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exchange

if you need to exchange the shoes because of the sizes or personal reasons, Please contact us within 5 days by email.

(2). Defective or Damaged Product
if you have received shoes that is defective or has been damaged. If you need to change the same product, please send an email to [email protected].

3.Return
(1). If there is no quality problem with the shoes.
   If there are no quality problems with the product, please contact us , we will send you the return address and you need to pay for the shipping fees.

   If you have received a defective or damaged shoe. If you need to return them, please contact us

NOTE: Buyer is responsible for shipping fee and the lost if the package got lost.And we will only refund you after we got the items back.

What happened if the package get seized in custom or got lost?"

We will offer 50% lost. You could choose pay us 50% price of the order to get another package resent out,or we will refund you 50%.
